In celebration of the College of Architecture and Urban Studies’ 50th Anniversary and its own 25th Anniversary, the Center for Housing Research is presenting two distinguished speakers on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014. Presentations will be held in Hancock Hall Auditorium.

10:00-10:45 a.m.: Dr. Carlos Martin on the subjects of Housing Economics and Policy in the United States including the state of green housing finance and homebuyer/homeowner financial behavior with respect to green homes.
10:45 – 11:00 a.m.: Q&A and a short break
11:00- 11:45 a.m.: Dr. Russell James on non-traditional approaches in housing research: from nesting apes to neuroimaging
12 noon: Lunch reception in Hancock Hall.
